Services Not Rendered

If Nexchain Law Agency is unable to perform the agreed-upon services due to reasons within our control, clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and stage of service delivery.

Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels services before work has begun:

  • Cancellation made at least 5 business days before scheduled service: 90% refund
  • Cancellation made 2-4 business days before scheduled service: 50% refund
  • Cancellation made less than 2 business days before scheduled service: 25% refund

Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If a client cancels services after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • The amount of work already completed
  • Resources already committed to the project
  • The reason for cancellation
  • The ability to reallocate resources to other client matters

Dissatisfaction with Services

If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of our services, we encourage them to contact us immediately to discuss their concerns. We will work to resolve any issues and may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if we determine that our services did not meet our professional standards.

3. Refund Processing Timeframe

We are committed to processing refunds in a timely manner:

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds typically process within 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds typically process within 5-15 business days
