For regulatory compliance services, once we have submitted filings or applications to regulatory authorities on your behalf, these services are generally not eligible for refunds due to the work already performed and resources committed.
Services that could not be performed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public emergencies, regulatory changes, etc.) may not be eligible for full refunds but will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In certain situations where a refund may not be appropriate, we may offer alternative resolutions:
